How To Measure Yourself

Step 1 - Measure Your Band

Stand in front of a mirror, ideally naked or in an unpadded bra. Using a soft measuring tape placed directly under your bust, measure your size in centimetres or inches. Enter this number in the "band measurement" box in the calculator.

TIP: Ensure the tape measure is level and parallel to the floor and note your measurement at the tightest point. If you find you are in between sizes, round down. This part of your bra provides most of the support and most of us wear a band that is too loose.

Step 2 – Measure Your Bust

Loop the measuring tape around your back, just below your shoulder blades, to measure around the fullest part of your bust, usually across the nipples. Keep the tape measure close but not too tight and enter this measurement in the "bust measurement" box in the calculator.

TIP: If you find you are in between sizes, round up.

Step 3 - Measure Your Waist

Wrap the tape measure with medium tension around the natural indent of your waistline.

TIP: If you are unsure as to where your natural waistline is, lean over to one side and you will see a crease in your skin; use this as your natural waistline.

Step 4 - Measure Your Hip

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips - this is usually below your hip bone. Looking in a mirror, ensure that the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around your hip line, and feels snug against your body.
