We understand that occasionally something may not feel quite right. If that happens, we are here to help.
Returning your piece
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order at
customercare@aberdevine.co, including your order number.
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original labels must remain intact
- Hygiene liners must be in place and untouched
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
As an intimate garment, each piece is handled with the utmost care. We kindly ask that items are tried on over your own underwear and kept free from perfumes, lotions, or any marks.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Sale items & gift cards
Items purchased on sale or using a gift card may be returned, however these will be issued as a credit note, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If your piece arrives with a fault, please contact us and we will resolve this as a priority.
Return shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless an item is confirmed as faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
