We offer free delivery above £150 for UK orders and over £175 for EU and International orders.

Our orders are shipped within 1-10 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-10 business days.

Please ensure that you include both your contact phone number and email address when placing orders, so we can let you know when your order is being shipped.

If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage, leave us a message in the ‘notes’ area of the checkout page.

Please note orders with a personalised stone might require up to 4-14 days to be personalized before being shipped.
